I've been having frequent anxiety&panic attacks lately, but my mom says i don't need any medications. I'm only 16 but i'm stressed to the point where i skip bio and have mental breakdowns outside my school (it's happened twice now) i can't focus during history or math, and i get nauseous at work daily. I've tried smoking weed but i've never really been high and i dont even know if weed even helps. i don't enjoy yoga and want to steer clear of stress eating so i don't know else i can do. :(

Does exercising work for you? Focusing on taking your dog a walk if you have one. Read a book and emerge yourself in that book’s world.
Also, if it is school you are having a lot of trouble with my little school has actually been pretty helpful. I had been hospitalized and obviously the school had to know and part of it was anxiety related so they knew and now like teachers are willing to work with me.

Try to think of your main stressors and what you could do to minimize your worry. Such as a school presentation, everyone gets nervous for that but I have A LOT of anxiety with that… I worked with the school making it so there could be alternative options. Sometimes I can present if the lights are off and I can stand in the back of the class. Just mess around and see what makes you feel better. Lots of love good luck !!!
